Our Story

Based out of the Groveland area of South Lake County, Franklin Residential Design LLC has been serving Central Florida continually since 2006. We specialize in new home design and have helped thousands of people bring their dream home to life. We combine a design team that is experienced and knowledgeable with an understanding that each owner has unique needs and ideas that we need to listen to. The result is a plan that gives you the most possible design bang for your buck, is practical, and yet personalized to meet the specific needs of you and your family.

Our goal is, and always will be, to provide you with the best plan possible, knowing that a home represents most families’ biggest financial investment. We want it to be everything possible so that when the builder turns over the keys, you are truly happy and have received exactly the design you thought you were getting, no unwelcome surprises because of design misunderstandings. From experience we know that the only way to give you that level of quality is to give you that level of care; to treat you as we would want to be treated ourselves.

Unlike many design companies, our experience level and relationship with the engineering firm we work with affords us the ability to also provide remodel and addition plans for your current home. Often a great option for those that love where they are but find themselves in need of more space or simply want a new look. We have a vast background from which to help you.
